I have defended defendants in a wide range of cases, including driving under the influence, hiring without a license, domestic violence and disorderly conduct, drug offenses, aggravated assault, robbery and murder. I also practice in federal court in the District of Arizona, where other common prosecutions include immigrant smuggling and weapons-related offenses. In every prosecution, the state or federal government must prove the defendant’s guilt.
