About Me
I grew up in Tucson, and went to law school at the University of Arizona.
Both during and after school, I have worked with local criminal defense attorneys on a wide range of cases and legal issues, including direct appeals and post-conviction relief appeals, and evidentiary motions to protect the client at trial. In 2023, I started my own practice and have represented dozens of clients on misdemeanor and felony cases, predominantly in Santa Cruz, Pima, and Pinal Counties.
As a criminal defense attorney, I defend people accused of crimes, providing them with expert legal representation from investigation through trial. I work to protect clients’ rights, minimize penalties and achieve the best possible outcome, whether through negotiation or defense in court.
Every client is different, having unique backgrounds, goals, and defenses. My job is to listen to my clients and help them understand their choices in defending their case, and how I can best help them. With every client, I help them understand their constitutional rights and how we can defend those rights at each stage of their case. A criminal prosecution is very personal to any defendant and can result in serious consequences. Every defendant deserves a fair process and my job is to fight for my clients to have that fair process and to help them so they can make the best choices for themselves in these situations. I don’t shy away from taking a case to trial, and whether my clients choose to accept a plea for a better outcome, or exercise their right to a trial, regardless of the outcome, I want my clients to know that they got a fair process and that I put their best defense forward.
